Do you know the absorbing material? The following editor will explain it!
Today, the editor has come to make a summary again. I have written a lot of absorbing material applications piecemeal before. This article is a summary of the applications of absorbing materials written before, so as to facilitate a better understanding of the absorbing materials. Application, not much to say, since it is a summary, let's start with what is the absorbing material.
Introduction to absorbing materials (explained by Baidu Encyclopedia): The so-called absorbing materials refer to materials that can absorb or greatly reduce the electromagnetic wave energy projected on its surface, thereby reducing the interference of electromagnetic waves. In engineering applications, in addition to requiring a high absorption rate of electromagnetic waves in a wide frequency band, the absorbing material is also required to have the properties of light weight, temperature resistance, humidity resistance, and corrosion resistance.
The applications of absorbing materials are roughly divided into the fields of mobile phones, wireless charging, GPS, RFID/NFC, high frequency/high performance, etc. The specific applications are as follows:
1) Mobile phone-absorbing material
The special absorbing material for mobile phones can be cut and used for any electromagnetic wave noise surrounding consumer electronic equipment, such as electromagnetic wave / harmonic noise / stringing on the PCB label.
2) Wireless charging series-absorbing materials
Special anti-jamming material for WII wireless induction charger, this material is also called magnetic isolation sheet. After the wireless induction charger uses the anti-interference material magnetic isolation sheet, the charging efficiency is improved and the stability is stronger.
3) GPS-anti-interference absorber
GPS-specific anti-interference absorber is a functional composite material that mainly absorbs electromagnetic waves and eliminates the interference effects of electromagnetic waves generated between internal components on GPS navigation.
4) High-performance flexible-electromagnetic wave absorbing material
Covering a wide frequency range of 20M～6GHz, the thin flexible high-performance sheet effectively suppresses electromagnetic noise, and can be wrapped on the electronic flexible FPC circuit board.
5) RFID, NFC-anti-metal interference materials
The alternating electromagnetic field induced by the RFID tag under the action of the signal from the card reader is susceptible to metal interference. In order to be able to better use the card reader, add absorbing materials to the product to resist metal interference.
6) High frequency-absorbing material
High-frequency absorbing materials are mainly used in high-frequency applications from 5 to 30 GHz. It can rely on the characteristics of the material itself to absorb electromagnetic waves and achieve emi electromagnetic shielding.
7) Nanocrystalline-anti-interference material
Mainly used in wireless charging, leather cases, wallets and other occasions.
8) Composite type-absorbing material
Composite absorbing materials are mainly used in some special special occasions. They can be composited with metal copper foil or aluminum foil, which can reflect electromagnetic waves that are not completely absorbed for secondary absorption.
