Another phenomenon is that when we listen to the radio, watch TV, and use the computer when it is thundering, there will be "squeaking" noises on the radio, and image jitter on the TV and computer. These are all caused by interference caused by lightning Electromagnetic interference.

Specific measures: use shielding products, and reliable grounding, blocking the external electromagnetic interference, and blocking the electromagnetic waves generated by the internal equipment, so as to form an equipotential body that can effectively shield electromagnetic interference. The advantages of the shielding system are mainly reflected in its strong ability to resist external electromagnetic interference and radio frequency interference; at the same time, it can also prevent the internal transmission signal from radiating energy to the outside, and has good system security.



For a shielded wiring system, to reflect its characteristics, we need to pay attention to the following two points during design and construction:

1. The function of the shielding system requires that all connecting hardware use shielded products, including: transmission cables, distribution frames, modules and jumpers.

2. The shielding system must be installed correctly and well grounded. If the shielding layer of each connecting element of the transmission channel is not continuous or the grounding is poor, it may be worse than the transmission performance provided by the unshielded system.
