Shielded equipment rooms are mainly used in places with high requirements for shielding efficiency, large shielding area, and relatively concentrated equipment. They are generally used as permanent shields and cannot be disassembled. Only indoor optical fibers can be accessed.
Shielded cabinets are mainly used in places where the shielding effectiveness is high, the shielding area is small, and the equipment is relatively scattered. It is convenient and flexible to move and can only enter shielded network cables.
The overall weight of the shielded equipment room is evenly distributed over the entire floor, but the weight of the shielded cabinet is concentrated in the area of the cabinet and cannot be dispersed. Therefore, the shielded equipment room per unit area should be lighter than the shielded cabinet. The weight of the shielded equipment room is about 100KG/M2, and the weight of the shielded cabinet is about 145KG/M2.
(3) Heat dissipation performance
After the entire shell of the shielded computer room is shielded, the cabinets inside the computer room can be ordinary cabinets, which can achieve a good heat dissipation effect and ensure the stability of the equipment.
Due to the shielding treatment of the shielded cabinet, all six sides of the cabinet are closed shells. Only ventilation waveguide windows are used for ventilation. However, the wind resistance of the waveguide windows is relatively large, which greatly reduces the air volume of the precision air conditioner and the heat dissipation effect is very poor. Can put 4-5 devices, if there are too many devices, it is easy to cause crash or damage to the device.
(4) Engineering complexity
The shielded computer room is implemented at the beginning of the construction of the computer room. Corresponding interfaces must be reserved for elimination, strong current, weak current, UPS, environmental monitoring, and air conditioning. Therefore, the construction is relatively complicated and the construction period takes about three months.
The shielding cabinet can be customized according to the actual situation of the customer. Most of the cabinets are formed structures, so the production and construction are relatively simple, and the construction period takes about two months.
2. Shielded computer room and shielded cabinet cost
Shielded computer room is 5500-6500 per square meter (only the shell does not include decoration, etc., depending on the price of the specific equipment).
Each shielding cabinet is 23000-31800 (the price varies according to the height).
3. Respective requirements of shielded computer room and shielded cabinet
(1) Construction environment requirements
Shielded computer room construction environment requirements: remove equipment and other obstacles in the computer room area; provide shielded computer room power (without leakage protector) and provide a dedicated grounding point or joint grounding point for the shielded computer room (grounding resistance ≤ 1Ω).
Shielded cabinet construction environment requirements: provide shielded cabinet power (without leakage protector) and provide dedicated grounding point for shielded cabinet (grounding resistance ≤ 1Ω).
(2) Construction technology
Shielded machine room: Use carbon dioxide to weld the hexahedron of the entire machine room.
Shielded cabinet: when using a shielded network cable, remove the skin and wrap the copper mesh at the interface that enters the cabinet.
(3) Operation and maintenance issues after construction
In both cases, the screen door must be cleaned with alcohol on a regular basis and the door shaft must be lubricated with oil.
(4) Performance testing related
Shielded computer room: must pass the on-site evaluation by the National Confidential Evaluation Center.
Shielded cabinet: Must have a product evaluation certificate issued by the National Confidentiality Evaluation Center.
