Analysis on the principle and performance index of NFC magnetic separator

NFC spacer:

The information of NFC / RFID is transmitted by electromagnetic induction coupling. When the electromagnetic field reaches the metal surface of battery, the eddy current effect will greatly affect the reading characteristics of NFC antenna. The problem can be solved by sticking a nanocrystalline spacer between the antenna and the metal surface of the battery. The NFC / RFID series of nanocrystalline magnetic separator is made of iron-based nanocrystalline tape. It has good magnetic properties, high permeability, low loss, high saturation magnetic induction and good frequency characteristics. It can be made into a magnetic sheet as thin as 30 μ M. the material is flexible and will not deform or crack.

Principle of NFC magnetic separator:





The characteristics of crystalline NFC magnetic separator are as follows

1) High permeability materials can increase the magnetic flux and effectively reduce the eddy current effect;

2) The use of magnetic separator can prevent the leakage of magnetic induction line and reduce electromagnetic interference;

3) Improve the receiving sensitivity of antenna and NFC reader, and increase the read-write distance of tag;

4) High permeability (400-700) - avoid misoperation and ensure recognition distance;

5) Ultra thin, up to 30 μ m - size and thickness can be customized;

6) High saturation magnetic induction reduces the volume of magnetic sheet effectively;

7) Flexible - effectively avoid magnetic flux leakage due to fragmentation of magnetic separator and facilitate operation;
