Introduction of ferrite absorbing materials:
Ferrite absorbing material is made by using the principle of ferrite magnetic loss to absorb electromagnetic wave. Compared with other media, the absorbing material has the advantages of high frequency, wide frequency band and thin coating. Almost all ferrite soft magnetic materials can be used as absorbing materials, such as Mn Zn, Ni Cu Zn, mg Cu Zn, Ni mg Zn and planar hexagonal ultra-high frequency soft magnetic ferrite.

Ferrite absorbing materials are not only magnetic medium with magnetic absorption but also dielectric with electric absorption, which is a kind of absorbing materials with excellent performance.

Working principle of ferrite absorbing materials:
In the low frequency band, the loss is mainly caused by the hysteresis effect, eddy current effect and magnetic aftereffect, while in the high frequency band, the loss of ferrite to electromagnetic wave mainly comes from natural resonance loss, domain wall resonance loss and dielectric loss. The mechanism of residual loss is different in different frequency range because of the different mechanism of magnetization relaxation. In the low frequency weak field, the residual loss is mainly the magnetic aftereffect loss. At high frequency, the size resonance loss, domain wall resonance loss and natural resonance loss belong to the category of residual loss.
Summary:
To sum up, the ways to obtain high loss ferrite absorbers are as follows:
1) The saturation magnetization of ferromagnet is increased;
2) Increase the impedance coefficient;

3) Because the resonance frequency is directly proportional to the magnetocrystalline anisotropy field, the absorption band of the material can be controlled by changing the magnetocrystalline anisotropy field of the ferromagnet. In the actual preparation process, the material composition and preparation process can be controlled.
