Working principle of ferrite absorbing material:
In low frequency band, ferrite loses electromagnetic wave due to hysteresis effect, eddy current effect and loss of magnetic aftereffect. In high frequency band, ferrite's loss to electromagnetic wave mainly comes from natural resonance loss, domain wall resonance loss and dielectric loss. The mechanism of residual loss is different for the magnetization relaxation process in different frequency range. In low frequency weak field, residual loss is mainly magnetic aftereffect loss. At high frequencies, size resonance loss, domain wall resonance loss and natural resonance loss belong to the category of residual loss.

To sum up, the ways to obtain ferrite absorbent with high loss are as follows:
1) Increase the saturation magnetization of ferromagnets;
2) Increase the impedance coefficient;
3) Reduce the magnetic crystal anisotropy field; Since the resonance frequency is directly proportional to the magnetic crystal anisotropy field, the absorption band of the material can be controlled by changing the magnetic crystal anisotropy field of the ferromagnet. In the actual preparation operation, the material composition and preparation technology can be changed.
